list of specialty items for our discerning customers. Where
necessary, we have partnered with established subcontractors
to ensure a quality job on each of these step-up items. You
can be assured that your swimming pool, wine cellar or your in
floor heating will be done right, by an expert in the field
and, within budget. 2. We can design an additional basement storage area under the garage that can be accessed from the garage, via a separate stairway, and/or from the basement. Bonus storage space is a major feature in today's homes. 3. We have incorporated swimming pools and spas in nearly 100 homes over the years. We have done them inside, outside, and even some that are both in and out. We can help you decide upon a design and configuration that will provide optimum enjoyment for years to come with no humidity, mold or other issues. 4. Home automation/smart home technology and the Cat-5 structured wiring necessary to make it all work are areas near and dear to our hearts. We have been providing home networking, remote TV monitoring, security systems, and other state-of-the-art voltage applications to our customers for years. 5. We have extensive experience in indirect lighting applications in all areas of the house. 6. We offer custom engineered, stepped basements, for steep or difficult lots, providing ceiling from 9' to 12'. 7. We can provide Home Theaters, Media Rooms, Sound Proof Rooms and Safe and / or Secret Rooms. 8. We offer custom Saunas, Steam Rooms and special Humidity Control Systems. 9. We offer hot water circulating systems for immediate hot water to all sinks and showers. 10. We can engineer and install partial or whole home generator back-up systems, fueled with gasoline or natural gas. These are available with or without an automatic transfer switch. 11. Elevator systems with 2, 3, 4 or 5 stop capability, or we can prep the home for a future elevator. 12. We are certified to build ADA compliant barrier free homes including wheelchair access to showers and sinks. 13. We can provide the popular URO Tile application on any interior or exterior concrete surface, providing a highly durable epoxy surface. 19. We are very experienced at designing and installing custom engineered Hydronic in-floor heating for concrete, tile or even for engineered hardwood floors. 20. We offer electric in floor warming systems with digital setbacks for smaller rooms. 21. We can provide the Home Pro, 7-Step epoxy garage floor finish - resistant to Oil, Gas, Salt and even Battery Acid. 22. We design and install custom air-to-air exchangers and can incorporate HEPA filters, bacteria elimination units and professional duct cleaning to provide optimal air quality and heat recovery. 23. We custom engineer and design our decks for optimum comfort and view. We build them using composite material and they are constructed with stainless steel screws for years of maintenance free enjoyment. 24. We have our own artist who can paint one of-a-kind murals, landscapes, scenes or frescos. 25.
